How much sugar is too much for a border line diabetic?
When purchasing items at the grocery store how many grams of sugar is too much is there a range? I even find sugar in apples and have troubles figuring out what is good or bad numbers.
Went to the doctor and they sent to diabetes work shop. But because he doesn’t understand what they told him about the sugars in items. He is refusing to eat almost anything which isnt good either.
I went to go see a diabetic educator and they recommend 4 ( that’s right–I said FOUR) servings of carbohydrates per meal AND 2 snacks of carbohydrates in between…allowing for a GRAND total of 14 servings of carbohydrates a day!!!!! Compare that the FDA recommends 11 servings of carbohydrates a day (which some people still consider enormously high). I have no idea why they would recommend diabetics to eat MORE carbohydrates unless drug companies are involved in all this.
I suggest you do your own research. Because that is just not right. But that is what they tell you AND what they feed you in the hospital. I got two juices and a sandwich (two slices of bread) and an ice cream…that’s 4 servings!!
Clearly if you told that to any doctor (and I have), they would be outraged, but diabetic educators seem to get their info from the American Diabetes Association which is basically another name for pharma companies collectively.

Until you get your fasting blood sugar to below 85, fruit and sweets should be off limits for you!!! Do regular exercise and avoid any kind of fried foods or bad fats. Only eat cold pressed oil. One third of your fat intake should come from Omega-3′s. Avoid stress and lack of sleep as that will elevate your cortisol levels giving you diabetes and making you fat simultaneously.
Eat foods that are high in fiber and packed with nutrients. Eating meat is NOT a good idea, because even though it has a low glycemic index it has an increased insulin response which will just add to your insulin resistance problem…Get your protein from raw nuts and spirulina.
You should be eating ZERO grams of sugar until you get better!!! Also avoid MSG and aspartame at all costs… each of these individually are known to cause diabetes. If you have a rotting tooth or an ongoing cough, that probably the sole cause of your problem–Get it fixed!
In order to improve your condition quickly go raw grain-free vegan for a couple of weeks. You fasting blood sugar should get down to normal range in no-time.

Further, in most criminal matters, the proceedings are taken down by a court reporter or a recording system. If a judge did “lie” to a defendant or his parents, there would be a record of the “lie” and the judge would be subject to discipline.
If you are convinced the judge lied and think the record will prove it, then you should do something about it. Otherwise, tell the truth and judges will go a lot easier on you.
