Ok so I went into the doctor yesterday because of a skin infection and my blood pressure was 150/90. The infection was rather serious so I went back in today, and my blood pressure was 142/86. I’m 23, and normally pretty active except for the past month because of the infection on my leg.
My question is this, I was at a week long seminar last week and it had all 3 meals catered and I ate like a complete pig, I don’t know why just digging the free food. I was also going out drinking pretty heavily each night. Is it possible for a week of trashing my body and a month of no excercize to have a residual affect on my blood pressure? I has it checked a month ago and it was around 128/80.
Your best bet is asking the doctor, but stress usually causes it to spike, that and illnesses.

There are the standard symptoms, but it’s different for everyone. The standard symptoms are being thirsty all the time, drinking and peeing a lot, tiredness, trouble focusing your eyes, sometimes tingling in your fingers and toes.
But everyone’s different. You can have diabetes for 10 years before you even notice symptoms. And people who have had it for a while, untreated, can have ‘complications’ like blindness, kidney failure, gangrene, etc.
