Luscious Lemon Ice Cream
4 oz whipped fat-free topping , 1 container
4 egg whites
2 eggs , separated
1 cup sweetener (sugar substitute) , equal to 1 cup sugar, divided
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions
1 Beat whipped toppings until stiff.
2 In a separate bowl, beat egg whites together with half of sugar substitute. In another bowl, beat egg yolks with other half of sugar substitute.
3 When thick, fold in lemon juice. Fold all 3 mixtures together until well-blended. Freeze.

Most know that I just moved here. I am also a diabetic and will need to find a general practitioner or internal medicine doctor to keep my diabetes under control. Is there a directory in Malaysia that lists qualified doctors? perhaps a website? Normally at home my insurance company would have a list of participating doctors who I could see. Dont bother going to clinics in Bangsar. The fees are more or less the same anyway. Nowadays I dont trust any clinic other than Pantai Hospital or the Mediviron clinics. There is one Mediviron along Jalan Bangsar. But for your case, you may need to engage a specialist that you can rely on and trust.

Ok, so I’m a 14 year old girl who is about 5’5 and weighs 115 lbs. I was a chubby kid, very chubby in fact. I slowly began slimming down and now I’m perfectly healthy. I still, however, feel the need to lose 5 pounds.
Now, I belong to an obese family. Not genetically, but environmentally because they eat a LOT. I control myself. An aunt told me that I will lose weight slowly and as I age so I do not need to diet at all AND teenagers who diet end up fat and have diseases like insulin resistance or diabetes.
So, please tell me will I get slimmer. I have a grandmother who has a similar body structure to mine and was very thin. Will I be like her because i have bony hands and feet and my collar bone is visible as well as a few ribs. Keep in mind I have a belly pouch and my tummy rolls. My aunt calls this ‘baby fat.’
How much of this is true? I mean, will i really get slimmer?
There are a lot of factors missing from this. I’m not quite sure if you’ve reached puberty, but seeing as you’re 5’5 I think you have. I stopped growing at 14 so I could no longer rely on getting taller to appear more slimmer. The reason why your aunt assumes that teenagers who diet end up with diseases and such is because they’re doing the wrong thing. The best way to lose weight is to simply burn calories and eat healthy. Now, I’m very glad to hear that you can control yourself, because that in itself shows your strength. The “baby fat” won’t go away because the truth is, you’re not a baby. I don’t think you need to lose any weight. Just watch your eating habits and exercise regularly.
